What are your office hours?

Peak season (December – March): 8:30am – 8:30pm
Off-peak season (May – November) 8:30am – 6:30pm

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check in is from 2:30pm. Please contact us if you will need a late check in. Check out is by 10am.

Where are you located?

La Rochelle is on the corner of Rue Lavaud (the main road into Akaroa) and Rue Grehan. Our address is 1 Rue Grehan, Akaroa.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any time up to 48 hours before your stay for free. If you cancel within 48 hours you will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Do you have free parking?

Yes, we have secure, off-street parking on the premises.

Do you allow smoking and vaping?

All our units and gardens are smokefree. There is an outside area for smoking and vaping.

Are you close to public transport?

The motel is within a short walking distance of all main shuttle and ferry stops in Akaroa.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible rooms on the ground floor.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have broadband wireless internet.

Do you have Sky TV?

Yes, we have over 50 channels of Sky TV.

Are there any nearby restaurants?

Lots. The closest is a minute walk away, and all Akaroa’s restaurants are within 15 minutes’ walk.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, we do not allow pets.
